KiBiSi's founders share a love of solid, precise ideas. The design trio made up of Lars Holme Larsen, Bjarke Ingels and Jens Martin Skibsted often explores the options for incorporating elements from other professional domains in their designs so as to create unconventional, functional and aesthetic solutions.


The powerful trio started up the idea-driven design company to fully exploit the synergy of their individual successful design companies and architectural firms: Kilo Design (Ki), BIG architects (Bi) and Skibsted Ideation (Si).


With a holistic perspective and an architectural idea KiBiSi has created their first lighting design for Lightyears and the result is both surprising and obvious. Based on a common interest in movies, this universe was chosen as an inspirational theme for products and titles underlining the iconic nature of the designs.
